Seth is the twin brother of Eva Shields, older by four minutes and thirty nine seconds. He's currently studying Robotic Engineering at Meredith University, and is part of a research program dedicated to studying the applications of magic to advancing robotics. He is often regarded as the pride of his family, expected to achieve great things, so long as he stays focused on school.

Seth is incredibly laid back and doesn't care about what others do. He's usually too busy thinking about what he can do next to advance his robotics projects. He doesn't feel the need to talk a lot, only if it's imporant. He does, however, confide conversations with those he cares about the most, such as Miles or Eva.
